Welcome to North Texas Sports Medicine

At North Texas Sports Medicine, we are committed to helping you move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities you love. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, dealing with a sports injury, or working to improve daily mobility, we provide personalized, one-on-one care built around your unique needs.

We believe every patient deserves focused attention, a customized plan, and a supportive environment that inspires progress. Our mission is simple: restore function, reduce pain, and help you live your best life.

Our Services

Sports Medicine

Our sports medicine program is designed for athletes of all ages and skill levels—from weekend enthusiasts to competitive players. We evaluate injuries, address muscle and joint pain, and develop strength and mobility programs that support safe return to sport. For persistent back issues, we also coordinate spine care focused on the spine and spinal mechanics to address low pain and lower pain that can limit sports and work.

Total Knee Replacement Rehabilitation

Recovering from a total knee replacement requires expert-guided therapy to regain motion, stability, and confidence. Our rehabilitation program focuses on reducing pain, restoring mobility, and helping you return to normal activities at a pace that’s safe and effective. We also treat ankle pain after ankle sprains by improving ankle joint mobility, restoring lateral stability, and helping the foot and ankle work together so you can return to sports.

Rotator Cuff Reconstruction Rehab

Shoulder surgery requires careful, progressive rehabilitation to protect the repair while restoring strength and function. We also provide rehabilitation after ACL reconstruction and other knee surgery, focusing on the anterior cruciate ligament, cruciate ligament ACL stability, and safe return to sports for athletes. Our rotator cuff rehab program is designed to reduce pain, rebuild mobility, and help you safely.

Healing Through Movement

Our mission is to help every patient regain their health and confidence. Whether you want to move without pain, recover from an injury, improve your range of motion, or increase overall mobility, our team is here to guide you every step of the way.

For athletes, an ACL tear can affect the knee and the way the foot and ankle absorb force; we address the full chain—from ankle joint mechanics and bones to hip muscles—to improve performance and reduce reinjury risk.

Therapy — Tailored to Your Specific Needs

Physical therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. Our therapists carefully assess your medical history, current condition, and personal goals to design a treatment plan made just for you—whether you’re dealing with ankle sprains, an ACL injury, or spinal-related pain. When needed, your doctor may recommend imaging or a medical consult; our specialists coordinate with your care team to guide treatment decisions for ACL injury, ACL reconstruction, and complex ankle sprains.

Using advanced techniques—including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and other proven therapies—we deliver care that supports faster, more effective recovery for bones, ligaments, tendon, and joint function. For ongoing low pain or lower pain, our spine care approach targets spinal mobility and control, addressing how the spine and surrounding muscles contribute to pain with sitting, lifting, and sports.

Our clinic is welcoming, supportive, and equipped with the latest technology to help you move comfortably and confidently.

Our goal is simple: help you move with less pain in your ankle, knee, and spine by improving how joints, muscles, ligaments, tendon, and bones work together.
